01/Who we acceptRead this first
Current operators, recent ex-operators, executive-level specialists, ex-regulators and category specialists with at least five years of relevant operating experience. We are explicit about what we don't accept: career consultants without operating background, students or junior researchers, and anyone whose employer policy prohibits external paid consultations without going through their internal vendor process.
02/What happens after you apply—
We review every application within 5 business days. If accepted, we'll schedule a 15-minute onboarding call to confirm your areas of expertise, set your rate (based on seniority and category), and walk through the compliance attestations you'll sign before each call. Most experts have their first call within 2-3 weeks of onboarding.
03/How rates are set—
Rates are set by seniority and category — currently ranging from €150/hour for early-career specialists to €1,500/hour for senior C-level executives in scarce categories. We don't haggle. The rate is yours; we charge clients a separate sourcing fee on top.
